Orange County boasts 42 miles of coastline, giving everyone an adventure they prefer on the beach. For the artist in you, you might want to stop by at The Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in Santa Ana, California. This art center, managed by artists themselves showcases the works of the up and coming artists and the established ones. Now if you want a little piece of history, Santa Ana is also the home of the Old Courthouse Museum and the Discovery Science Center. Old Courthouse showcases the local history and the Discovery Science Center gives everyone a Victorian-era feel with it’s time tested gadgets, crafts and information for the history buff in all of us.
If you really crave for something that will make you say “I can’t believe it!” you need to visit Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Located in Buena Park, it’s a jungle-themed park that literally houses thousands of artifacts and rare items from around the world.
All in all, you can’t go wrong in Orange County. If you plan to go to this place to enjoy, make sure you stay there MORE than one day. All these places can’t just be appreciated in only two hours. Plus with the size of these theme parks and the amount of entertainment they will give, it’s very hard to just stay in these places for one day only and enjoy everything from sunrise to sundown.
